SageSemester Program

An immersive experience for teens, 14 to 18 years old, ready to discover who they are, why they’re here, and how to bring their ideas to life—with the mental, emotional tools to thrive.

PHASE 1: DISCOVER

Discover Who You Are and Your Purpose

A four-week prerequisite course: before deciding what to study and choosing a path, teens explore their strengths, values, personality, and purpose—so decisions come from clarity and their unique strength, not pressure and societal expectation.

Teens learn what they care about, and how they want to contribute—so the next decisions come easy using both intuition and logic.

Key Topics:

  • Explore your unique personality, talents, interests and natural strengths. Tools like MBTI, Enneagram, value mapping, and eastern systems.
  • Discover how to build a career or make a difference using your gifts—aligned with future trends, in-demand skills, and real-world needs.
  • Create a personal plan to explore career paths, build skills, and gain the right experience.
  • Understand your post–high school options: college, creative alternatives, or entering the workforce.

PHASE 2: APPLY

Turn Your Ideas into Action

A immersive summer program to learn, create, serve, lead. It’s time to turn passion into practice and learn real life skills.

In this phase, teens take action on what they care about—through service, creativity, leadership, or learning.

Whether it’s volunteering, starting a project, trying out a new skill, or launching a start-up idea, they’ll choose a real-world experience that stretches them and brings their purpose to life.

  • Choose a personal project: learn, volunteer, create, shadow, or work.

  • Apply your values, interests and strengths in the real world by stepping out of your comfort zone.

  • Learn how to discover real-world problems, peoples and company needs, market opportunities, and brainstorm ideas.

  • Optional: Build something that matters by crating a plan to text and validate your ideas and business model. Then, define your first iteration of the concept, project, product or service.

  • Optional: Understand how to launch, and market what you want to build. Launch a mini-version of your idea to real customers.

PHASE 3: LAUNCH

Optional: Launch Your Post-Grad Steps

For teens ready to take the next step toward college, career, or alternative paths.

This 4-week add-on helps students turn self-awareness into direction. Whether they’re considering college, a gap year, creative projects, or work experience, this phase gives them the structure, clarity, and confidence to move forward intentionally.

Key Topics:

  • Define your career direction, what to study and long-term vision based on strengths and interests.

  •  Explore options beyond college—like apprenticeships, online programs, starting your own business or creative careers.

  •  Research the right schools, majors, or opportunities that align with your goals.

  •  Learn how to stand out through personal storytelling, portfolios in your College applications.

  •  Create a flexible plan for the next 1–3 years that fits your life, not just expectations.

PHASE 4: STRENGTHEN

Optional: Strengthen Your Well-Being

Teens empower themselves with tools and practices to enhance emotional resilience, physical health, and mental clarity.

In this 4-week add-on during the year, teens will learn strategies to manage stress, build healthy habits, and cultivate a balanced lifestyle.

The focus is on practical techniques that fit into daily life, promoting overall well-being and preventing stress, anxiety, depression and burnout.

Key Topics:

  • Recognize the signs of stress and burnout, and learn how to address them proactively.
  • Understand how stress, anxiety, and burnout show up in your body and mind.

  •  Learn simple tools to manage emotions, improve focus, reduce anxiety and regulate your nervous system — journaling, mindfulness, meditation, breath and more.

  •  Establish routines for adequate sleep, balanced nutrition, and regular physical activity to support overall health.

  • Develop healthy boundaries with technology and social media to maintain mental clarity and focus.

  • Learn the importance of connecting with peers, family, and mentors for emotional support and guidance.
